Hey Team! It’s that time of year, you know what I mean – you’re always feeling chilled and your lips are always dry. It’s all the best parts of winter (a major N-O-T on that one). I’ve recently been on the hunt for both a not-ugly heater for my office redeux after my previous cheap-o heater died at the end of last winter. Jeff has the crane faux wood heater in white (#6 of the heater section) in his office and I’ve always wanted to steal it from him. They don’t make it in white anymore but another brand makes a very similar heater in an array of colors, including a soft gray – which is what I went for (#4 of the heater section). Anyways, when I was searching for a cool space heater I really went down a rabbit hole, and I thought it might be helpful if I share my findings.
I can’t just talk about space heaters without mentioning it’s opposite counterpart – humidifiers. It’s like fire and water, get it? I just recently purchased a boring black box humidifier for the cabin (cause my fiddle leaf fig was bummed about the dry air). Adding moisture back into the air helps the fig and my dry lips so much, I really can tell the difference. I’d like to get a prettier humidifier for home too – we currently don’t have one. and we haven’t since the kids were little. I’m big-time eyeing #9 (humidifier section). It’s so pretty! It makes me so happy to see everyday items designed to be both cool looking and functional.
These are all cool! I have the Crane humidifier that looks like a raindrop, and it is great. It’s four or five years old and rolling along without issue.
Thanks, Bridget! We always had crane animal humidifiers for the kids and they worked great, I like the raindrop – it’s way more grown up then their elephant version.
Howdy – did you know there are a few links missing on the humidifier section? I only noticed because the one I was curious about doesn’t have a link lol. Looks like #4 and #7 are MIA. :)
Krystal! Thanks for pointing that out :) It should be working better now.
