We were watching ‘Shut Up And Play The Hits‘ (a documentary about LCD soundsystem’s last concert at Madison Square Garden) earlier this week. The documentary was not that great, but that didn’t matter, I was hooked on something else. It showed up one of the first few scenes, the camera slowly pans pass this clock, the Twemco flip clock. Holy wow, I was in love.

Yes, I am one of those people that had the fliqlo flip clock screensaver on my computer and was totally bummed when my new fancy retina screen computer wouldn’t support the screensaver. I love the look of a flip clock, and even more I love this clock by Twemco. I had never heard of Twemco but of course they have been in the flip game for more than 50 years, even patenting there flip clock mechanism. I must be out of the loop on this so forgive me if you already know all about it.

The only place I can find to buy these online is homeloo based out of the UK. I’m glad they are available to buy new but I am sad that the selection is scant. Does anyone know where you can find these babies within the US? You gotta let me know, I have a birthday coming up in the next few months and would be happy to add this bad boy to my list.
