Awh Yeah. We got our feast on last night and I recommend you do the same because it was so bawesome. This is how it went down. Pork Rib Chops stuffed with Roquefort Cheese, Onions and Mushrooms, Warm Spinach Salad with Parmesan Toast and Pine Nuts and Horseradish Mashed Potatoes.
And for dessert Apple Crisp with Vanilla Ice Cream from this September’s issue of Cooks Illustrated. Does it get any better? I know one things for sure, this stuff is potent, I was dead asleep by 9:30.
