I found this super easy and super delicious recipe on epicurious.com the other day. If you like Pears and Pork, you will love this.
A simple coating of olive oil, thyme and garlic start things out.
After coating your thawed pork with your olive oil mixture, all you need to do is brown up your pork and then brown up your pears. Put them both in a baking dish and bake. EASY!!
You end up with a super pretty, super yummy, super easy, super supper!
