To commemorate this day we call Valentine’s Day, Elsa and I got up and cooked Rip some breakfast. What else would you eat on Valentine’s Day but heart shaped pancakes?
Once the table was set, I was surprised with this really sweet robot Valentine and this really cool sewing book called One Yard Wonders. This book has 101 sewing projects that use 1 yard of fabric or less. This book also comes with patterns. This is a bit intimidating due to the fact that I have never used a pattern. Most of my sewing projects are done freestyle from some plan that is cooked up in my head and pulled from extremely primitive sketches from my sketch book. So, this will be good.
Elsa is just getting used to eating solid foods now. Today she really got into her pancake. Other things she is into eating: peas, squash, carrots, bananas. Things she is NOT into eating: applesauce and plum flavored things.
Hope you all have a sweet day with your sweet hearts!
