Part of my December’s blog absence is due to these beauties right here. I’m pretty sure as of December 24th I kind of hated knitting. I’ve been non-stop working on these cranberry socks for my dear old mom’s Christmas gift.
The pattern is called “Child’s French Sock” and is from my favorite sock book, Knitting Vintage Socks by Nancy Bush. It should be noted that this is currently also Finn’s favorite book, as the two words he can say very clearly are “Sock” and “Book” so it works out well for him.
Let’s not forget about Dad, I whipped these up over a couple of days and they are awesome and warm. Found the pattern HERE.
