It's that time of year again when I make about a million cakes. You would think this sort of thing happens in the winter months, but not for me. I've got 3 birthday's and a shower on the horizon. We celebrated Elsa's 2nd birthday this past Saturday. It is insane how fast these kiddos grow! So it's here! SUMMER! Today's my dad's birthday, we celebrated yesterday with steak dinner, baked potatoes, artichoke salad and chocolate cake (or as Finn would say, "black cake".)Dad says it never snows after his birthday, let's hope that's true.
